Progress Notes is the newsletter
of the Massachusetts Chronic Disease Improvement
Network and is published three times per year.
Back issues of Progress Notes are available below in
PDF format. We welcome anyone in healthcare to
contribute a 200-500 word article on a quality
improvement technique or tool that has proven to be effective
in improving clinical outcomes for people living with
chronic illness particularly asthma and diabetes. MCDIN has
submission
guidelines designed to help you write your
Progress Notes article. Please follow the link
